Wagyu is an expensive investment, considering how carefully wagyu cattle are raised and its limited supply compared to traditional beef. However, wagyu can absolutely be worth it, providing deep flavor and incredible tenderness.
I recently purchased a wagyu brisket to cook on my Traeger and wanted some tips on the best ways to cook it. Specifically, I wanted to know if there are any differences in smoking, cooking times, or probing, as different cuts and types of beef can certainly have their quirks.
