Monument Grills officially launched its latest gas grill — the Eminence 605, which combines smart technology and enhanced build quality.
According to Monument Grills, the latest gas option in its lineup will make backyard grilling more intuitive and connected than ever.
With six stainless steel burners (89,000 BTUs) and one ceramic sear burner, the Eminence 605 provides even heat over a wide cooking area.
What makes it stand out, though, is the full-color LCD display that provides real-time feedback on temperature, burner settings, and grill status. As the industry continues to move towards smarter technologies and ways to gauge temperature beyond traditional vent control, LCD screens are now becoming more commonplace — and expected in some circles.
Grillers can now control and check on their barbecue remotely, courtesy of the grill’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. With an accompanying app, users can adjust heat levels, set timers, and receive notifications without being stuck to the grill.
The Eminence 605, manufactured from stainless steel, also features interior LED lighting, ideal for nighttime or evening grilling, and a built-in rotisserie kit to expand cooking options.
Now available online, the Eminence 605 retails for $1,349.
