The Flatrock 2-Zone from Traeger Grills: A New Era in Outdoor Grilling?

Traeger Flatrock 2 Zone Griddle

Traeger has introduced another product to its griddle lineup with the arrival of the Flatrock 2-Zone Flat Top Griddle.

The launch of the Flatrock 2-Zone Flat Top Griddle from Traeger Grills, one of the most well-known brands in the wood-pellet grill sector, has fired up some excitement. Building on the success of the bigger 3-Zone model, this sleek, compact model, announced this month, is perfect for smaller gatherings or people with limited patio space.

With its 468 square inches of cooking surface, the Flatrock 2-Zone can grill up to 18 burgers at once. It has a wind-blocking inlay design to keep temperatures steady and two U-shaped burners for even heat distribution. An integrated grease management system directs drippings into a detachable container, making cleanup easier.

The well-thought-out side prep trays provide additional room for equipment and food preparation, and its compact size makes it easy to accommodate in tight outdoor spaces. This device has all the features of a full-sized barbecue grill without taking up as much room.

“It was clear after launching our Flatrock 3 Zone that there is a unique hunger in the outdoor cooking space for the versatility that the griddle category provides,” commented Jeremy Andrus, Traeger Grills CEO. “With its streamlined design and two-zone temperature control, the Flatrock 2 Zone is the perfect outdoor cooking tool for those looking for a high-quality cooking experience without sacrificing space or quality.”

The Flatrock 2-Zone Griddle, which is $200 less than its 3-Zone counterpart, offers a more affordable entry to high-end outdoor cooking. It is ideal for anyone looking for performance, quality, and convenience in a single, compact package. This new model will be available soon on the official Traeger website for $699.
